Children under the age of 14 must have a responsible parent or guardian present. Responsible parties are welcome to wait in any of our free space areas.

Every 404 PC has Steam, Epic Games, Battle.net and Riot launchers installed. Apps to adjust DPI and other mouse/keyboard settings are also pre-installed for Razer, Logitech, and SteelSeries brands. Plus Discord… obviously.

Please see a 404 staff member to install a game you own. New games need to be enabled if they aren’t already in the 404 library. Any unauthorized games will be removed from our drives. Adding a new game is left to 404 staff discretion based on game file size and type. If the game you want to play is larger in size we recommend calling ahead to avoid a wait time for downloading.

Yes, you are welcome to use your own mice and keyboards. Use of personal external drives is prohibited. Upgraded peripherals are available for an additional fee.

We ask that any outside food be eaten in a designated area before returning to a gaming station. Outside drinks must be bottled or be secured with a lid. Snacks and drinks are also available for purchase at 404.

We recommend parking at the opposite end of the shopping center from 404 Gaming Lounge for gamers in need of accessible parking. Spaces are marked and a wheelchair ramp is in front of the coffee shop there.
